Chapter I
It is our aim to give Balinese culture, hospitality and cuisine a permanent home. We are a showcase for traditional Balinese food art, which will be recognized and appreciated by our Indonesian and International clienteles.
The tree levels of the building complement each other, and blend / complement each other well. Level one operates as a traditional Warung style open air dining area with an open kitchen and bar where diners witness the food preparation, including an Arakery where we showcase the making of Arak and Rice wine. To escape the tropical heat there is an air-conditioned dining area and our very own art gallery where we display our passion for food, photography and filming.
Level two homes an air-conditioned private lounge – dining room where we can cater private parties for up to 40-person.
The top floor of the building accommodates six themed rooms. There are no room numbers, but rooms with character where our imagination went a little over board. Laut, Gunung, Bale, Padi, Art, Hitam Putih, you will love them.
Our unique Warung - Restaurant and Guest rooms concept will be recognized as a showcase for Bali’s fine food art and genuine hospitality, in line with Bali's very best Hotels and Restaurants.
